1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
3. Is my payment and personal information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed on an SSL encrypted secure page. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider. Your credit card details will not be stored on our servers.
4. Will currency conversion fees apply?
All orders are billed in USD. If your bank uses another currency, the final amount will be converted based on the live exchange rate set by your card issuer on the processing day. Additional bank fees may apply.
5. How should I enter my shipping address?
Our website only supports English characters.
- Please fill in your full address in English, including punctuation.
- Replace accented letters with standard English letters (for example: change ç to c).
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed, cleared by customs, or shipped, address changes and cancellations are unavailable. Please use your permanent residential address instead of a temporary or vacation address to avoid customs holds.
7. How long does shipping take, and how can I track my package?
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping option. After dispatch, we will email your tracking number and tracking link. We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections.
8. What should I do if my order has missing items?
If any items are missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately at offical@Briskory.com with your order number.
9. Why are your prices so low?
Most of our products come directly from large manufacturing factories in China. Due to high production capacity, factories regularly have limited leftover stock or lightly imperfect items.
Thanks to stable long-term cooperation, we source items at factory baseline cost to help factories recycle cash quickly. Each batch is limited to around 200 units and will be removed once sold out.
Our products ship worldwide, including developing regions where small amounts matter greatly to daily life. Therefore, we keep every item priced at the lowest possible cost.
Your purchase is protected. If you are unsatisfied, you can apply for returns following our official policy. All transactions are monitored by platform rules. We focus on building our brand and helping idle quality products find new suitable owners around the world.
