Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery free of charge. Returned eligible items will be refunded.

Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)
To start a return:

- Include your order number and the items you wish to return
- We will send your return label and guide you through the next steps after receiving your email
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged:
- Send clear photos of the damaged product and your order number to offical@Briskory.com
- Set the email subject as: DAMAGED
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days after delivery
Missing Items
If any items in your order are missing:

- Set the email subject as: MISSING ITEM
- Attach your order number for fast support
Shipping Fees for Returns
- Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, calculated according to your chosen courier.
- Our fault (damaged, wrong items): We cover all return shipping fees.
